Striking off texts in a blog

I learnt another thing about blogspot:

How to strike off /cancel texts on blogspot.

Steps:
1) Click 'Edit Html'
2) Type (s) at the beginning and (/s)of the text you want cancelled (Replace ( ) with < >)
3) Click 'Compose'
